The most popular of all our ciders, Honeycrisp Hard provides something special for everyone. Crafted exclusively from Honeycrisp apples, it captures all the qualities you love about this variety. Bright and bold, it’s finished with honey to add depth and nuance. Don’t miss out on this award-winning cider! Alcohol content: 6.8%.

Red Hawk

Sweet Hard Cider

Named for the bluffs it calls home, Red Hawk soars above the everyday cider. Hibiscus flowers lend each bottle a striking ruby hue and fragrant, spiced aroma, while natural spices add warmth beneath the fruit for a bright, lingering finish. It’s a cider that rewards slow sips, equally at home on a porch or atop the bluffs. Alcohol content: 6.8%.

Semi-Dry Hard Cider

Craby is the quintessential summer drink—light and refreshing, it hits the spot on a hot day. This brisk, tart cider showcases the zesty bite of Dolgo crabapples right from your first sip. Perfect for leisurely sipping, Crabby pairs wonderfully with light dishes, fish, and salads. Alcohol content: 6.8%.

Dry Hard Cider

Crafted in the farmhouse tradition of southwestern England. A blend of freshly pressed sweet, bitter, aromatic, and tart apples creates a unique flavor profile that changes each year, depending on the select apple varieties specifically chosen by our cider maker. Our cider is carefully filtered for a refined, crisp finish that enhances the customer experience. Alcohol content: 6.8%.

ROYAL CIDER

Royal Cider is a unique apple dessert wine is handcrafted in the pommeaux style using estate-grown apples, fermented into hard cider, and fortified with local apple brandy. Rich and full-bodied, it offers sweet, delicate flavors and aromas, making it an ideal companion before dinner, paired with cheeses, game, and nuts, or for a relaxing finish after a meal. 18% alcohol by volume.

GOLDEN RUSSET

Golden Russet is made exclusively from the Golden Russet apple, an heirloom variety prized for its distinctive flavor. Wood-aged and reminiscent of Chardonnay, it offers a light, slightly tart finish making it an excellent pairing with poultry, seafood, and vegetarian dishes. It complements light, delicate foods, such as salads, and spring vegetable dishes. No added sugar. 6.8% alcohol by volume.

Redfield Rosé is crafted from the heirloom Redfield apple, renowned for its distinctive red hue. This semi-sweet rosé presents a unique flavor profile. It is well-suited to complement seafood, salads, and creamy cheeses, making it an excellent choice for summer meals or refined, elegant light dinners. 6.8% alcohol by volume.
